1. Educational Intent and Permitted Use

This website provides simulated computer-based testing environments for English language learners preparing for standardized examinations. Access is provided free of charge for non-commercial, personal study, diagnostic self-assessment, and language skill enhancement.

2. Scope of Modules & Feature Roadmap

Currently, the platform includes extensive practice items for:

Writing Modules: Summarize Written Text (SWT) and Write Essay (WE).
Reading Modules: Reading & Writing Fill in the Blanks, Re-order Paragraphs, Reading Fill in the Blanks, Multiple Choice (Multiple Answers), and Multiple Choice (Single Answer).

Module Roadmap Notice: Speaking and Listening modules are currently under active technical development and will be introduced in subsequent version releases.

3. Nature of Diagnostic AI Grading

Automated scores and feedback generated by our diagnostic evaluation engine are computational approximations designed to mirror PTE Academic evaluation criteria (Form, Content, Grammar, Vocabulary, Spelling, and Discourse Structure). These scores do not guarantee or predict actual performance in official Pearson examinations. They are intended purely as indicative feedback for targeted skill improvement.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use this platform in accordance with ethical academic guidelines. You must not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or launch denial-of-service attacks against the API endpoints.
Scrape or mass-extract question banks for resale or commercial repackaging.
Submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content into the evaluation text inputs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kush-Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this educational portal, including any discrepancy between simulation scores and actual test results.
